Nell’ambito del testbed italiano, dal 26 marzo al 25 giugno 2025 sono stati organizzati diversi workshop con piccoli agricoltori presso l’Azienda Sperimentale Stuard. Questi workshop hanno rappresentato test dal vivo delle funzionalità della piattaforma, inclusi l’uso dei codici QR e le diverse fasi della tracciabilità.
