Como parte del banco de pruebas italiano, se realizaron varios talleres del 26 de marzo al 25 de junio de 2025 con pequeños agricultores en la Azienda Sperimentale Stuard. Estos talleres sirvieron como pruebas en vivo de las funcionalidades de la plataforma, incluyendo el uso de códigos QR y las diferentes fases de trazabilidad.
