Les nouvelles m\u00e9thodologies et technologies sont essentielles \u00e0 la survie d'un certain nombre de petits exploitants dans l'ensemble de la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne et de l'UE et elles ont un grand potentiel pour am\u00e9liorer les revenus des petits exploitants (surtout pendant la crise de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19), r\u00e9duire les obstacles \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 ainsi que garantir la durabilit\u00e9 et de nouvelles approches pour contr\u00f4ler la production, la logistique et la distribution des produits. Pour utiliser ces potentiels, il est important et urgent de r\u00e9aliser activit\u00e9s de recherche<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/a>consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 :<\/span><\/p>

1<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Int\u00e9grer les processus des \u00e9talagistes dans un sc\u00e9nario op\u00e9rationnel avanc\u00e9<\/p>

2<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0concevoir un cadre qui englobe les technologies des applications Web et mobiles, les navigateurs de connaissances bas\u00e9s sur l'intelligence artificielle, les nouveaux mod\u00e8les d'entreprise, la technologie Blockchain, la durabilit\u00e9 et la simulation multicapitaux.<\/p>

La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, ainsi que d'autres crises similaires au fil des ans, ont mis en \u00e9vidence la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de syst\u00e8mes alimentaires plus r\u00e9silients, capables de faire face de mani\u00e8re efficace et efficiente aux perturbations de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement. Pour citer un exemple, pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, de nombreux gouvernements ont pris des mesures draconiennes dans le but de limiter la propagation de l'infection, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 la fermeture des principaux canaux de distribution des petits exploitants, tels que les bars, les restaurants, les cantines scolaires et les march\u00e9s en plein air. De plus, les restrictions de voyage et les sympt\u00f4mes du COVID-19 ont s\u00e9v\u00e8rement limit\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 de la mangue dans de nombreux champs. En cons\u00e9quence, la quantit\u00e9 d'aliments gaspill\u00e9s a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment augment\u00e9 car, dans certains cas, il n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de terminer les activit\u00e9s de r\u00e9colte \u00e0 temps, tandis que dans d'autres, les marchandises sont rest\u00e9es dans des entrep\u00f4ts de produits finis jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles p\u00e9rissent, en raison des multiples restrictions dans les \u00e9tapes de distribution. L'objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du projet est de mener des activit\u00e9s de recherche fondamentale ainsi que de recherche et de d\u00e9veloppement industriel dans le but d'identifier un cadre qui englobe des strat\u00e9gies, des m\u00e9thodologies, des technologies et des mod\u00e8les commerciaux innovants pour augmenter la r\u00e9silience des petites exploitations agricoles dans la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, afin de faire face de mani\u00e8re efficace et efficiente \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements inattendus et perturbateurs tels que la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19.
