Dans le cadre du testbed italien, plusieurs ateliers ont eu lieu du 26 mars au 25 juin 2025 avec de petits agriculteurs à l’Azienda Sperimentale Stuard. Ces ateliers ont servi de tests en conditions réelles des fonctionnalités de la plateforme, notamment l’utilisation des codes QR et les différentes phases de traçabilité.

Le 13 juin 2025, l’équipe italienne du projet SMALLDERS a organisé un atelier avec de petits agriculteurs à Ca’ Magre, à Isola della Scala. La session a porté sur l’installation des capteurs, une démonstration pratique de la plateforme, et la réalisation d’un questionnaire de retour d’expérience.
